If you are in debt and desperately trying to find a way out, looking to consolidate student debt, just getting started and looking to establish credit, going to start a business or just reflecting on your current financial situation and looking for ways to better it, there is information here that you should find useful.In the last 20 years of my life, I have lived from one extreme to the other. From being completely broke and sleeping on the floor (I had no furniture) in a single room apartment to recently purchasing a house that is worth close to one million dollars. I have been very fortunate to go from a broke college student with creditors calling daily to millionaire status in just over 13 years. This website is a place where I can share my experiences and learning’s in how I turned things around. Hopefully helping others gain the financial status they would like from their life. I see my financial life having gone through four phases. First phase was trying to get through school and make it on my own. Although I worked while going to school, I struggled to make ends meet, racked up over 25K in credit card debt and when I was unable to pay it off, the creditors started calling to the point where I stopped answering my phone. I then went into the second phase. This phase consisted of gaining financial awareness and learning what it took to get out of my dire financial situation. Student loan consolidation was the first step. Paying off my debt (I managed to do it without declaring bankruptcy) and getting to the point where I could make ends meet. After that I realized that what I had learned and the approach I had used to get out of debt actually could be used to get ahead. For the third phase I began to utilize this knowledge and approach and soon found myself with a better understanding and in a better financial situation then others that had not struggled earlier on like I had. I was able to research and plan my home mortgage and structure it in a way that really worked for me. I was able to create budgets that worked, invest well and generally get ahead while others were making ends meet. This has led me to the fourth phase, where I am now, which is centered on giving back, investing, running my business and starting my retirement. I have attempted to share what I have learned during these phases of my life on this website. Although named Loans and Loan Consolidation, this website is more then that. There is also information on many other financial areas such as investing and starting businesses. Personal and Business Loans: I receive numerous requests for financial assistance of all types.
